The company grows sustainable shellfish using seeds from a local hatchery as part of their best practices. North Fork Bacon and Smokehouse will also serve up delicious plates of barbecue pork shoulder. The Wading River establishment prides itself on competition worthy barbecue and their signature hand-made bacon.
Wash down all the smoky goodness with one of Palmer’s more interesting selections like albariño and viognier, or classic varietals including chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet franc, merlot, and more. Purchase tickets in advance for $45 per person, or $40 per wine club member. Includes a plate of local oysters and barbecue, as well as a glass of wine.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
