You can’t go wrong with the North Fork’s most famous pies from Briermere Farms in Riverhead. Go for classic fruit, crisps, or fruit cream pies all made from scratch. At the North Fork Roasting Co. in Southold, order sweet and savory pies including brown butter pumpkin chai, ginger snap apple, bourbon pecan, or huckleberry and cherry cobbler. Hallock’s Cider Mill in Laurel is serving up a variety of pies, in addition the cheesecakes with fruit toppings including black cherry, blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry. The Blue Duck Bakery is another option with a few different locations to make pick up for the holidays easy, along with a long list of options to meet any sweets lover’s needs. Be sure to reach out and order your pies in advance!
