NFRES: How would you describe your selling style?
Gina Galante: You need to really get to know a buyer to determine their wants and needs. Once you have a true understanding of this it is much easier to work with a buyer and select homes that will excite them and keep their interest through the process. Getting to really know your buyer will make a more positive and successful transaction, and form a lasting relationship.
NFRES: Can you tell us about some of your more notable sales?
GG: Our office has recently listed and closed a beautiful estate on Oregon Road as well as a bay front estate in Laurel on Peconic Bay Blvd.
NFRES: What is the most personally satisfying part of your work?
GG: This is a great business to form relationships with not only clients but fellow agents as well. I have started and maintained so many friendships during my many years in the business with both agents and clients that I will forever cherish. I also get great satisfaction working with my team at BHS. We all work together to achieve success and everyone is always there to lend a helping hand.
NFRES: What is the most challenging part of being a real estate broker?
GG: Being updated with the latest developments in the real estate industry is a must for every agent. Most individuals who are buying and selling properties are usually concerned with the complexities of the real estate transaction. It is a must for every agent to help his client in understanding each process, from the negotiation, inspection, and going over contracts .A great agent should be knowledgeable and skilled enough to explain the different process to his clients.
NFRES: What do you like to do on the North Fork; after selling real estate of course?
GG: I enjoy the great wineries the North Fork is so well known for. I also enjoy the unparalleled serenity the North Fork has to offer as well as the beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants.
