Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cutchogue office has a gained an energetic and personable new real estate salesperson. Phyllis Caldwell began her professional career as a teacher, later transitioning into a new field as a paralegal working for leading real estate law firm, Allen Morris and Troisi on Park Avenue. It was there she got her first experience in the industry, handling the firm’s realty contacts, working with them from beginning to closing. Efficiency, close attention to detail, and discretion were critical work traits that elevated her position.
Along with her husband Bob, Caldwell found the beauty of the North Fork herself and purchased their second home in Cutchogue, splitting their time between the East End and Rockville Centre. As a real estate agent, she takes the time to truly listen to what her clients’ needs are and dedicates herself to helping them either find their perfect summer or year-round North Fork home, or help them list their own abode before moving onto something new.
