MARIA MCBRIDE-MELLINGER JOINS DANIEL GALE
It’s not unusual for a real estate agent on the North Fork to have first been a summer visitor turned resident. This is the case for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s new real estate salesperson, Maria McBride-Mellinger. She and her husband Brett first bought a 100-year-old barn in Southold in 1997, and became full-time residents of the town in 2015. As an event planner, she helped local nonprofits including Sylvester Manor, The Retreat, and Oysterponds Historical Society achieve great fundraising efforts and also helped to plan couples’ dream weddings.
McBride-Mellinger’s appreciation for the North Fork’s natural beauty, food and wine culture, and community has allowed her to help others realize their dream of owning a home on the East End. With a background as a magazine editor as well, she understands the value of technology and a professional network to achieve real estate goals from rentals to sales.
