MONDAY NIGHT DANCES
Tonight kicks off a favorite family event in the Village of Greenport. Free concerts in Mitchell Park invite people of all ages to enjoy the waterfront while listening to live music from fun bands that encourage you to dance. Bring a chair, blanket, and your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy on the lawn. Performances change each Monday night now through August 26. Here is this summer’s lineup…
No Request Band will kick it off tonight, July 8. Other performances include Cravin Band on July 15, The Motown Band on July 22, Winston Irie on July 29, Southbound on August 5, Vendettas on August 12, Who Are Those Guys? on August 19, and Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks on August 26. People are encouraged to dance on the waterfront lawn and stage into the night.
