Celebrate the Village of Greenport’s working waterfront at the annual Land and Sea Gala this Friday, September 21 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy bites from local restaurants and purveyors, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails, dancing all night, a silent auction, and an even more exciting live auction. The event takes place at the Greenport Yacht and Shipbuilding Co., which is still in operation and adds to the allure of the evening. It is a community-driven event that kicks off Maritime Weekend and benefits the East End Seaport Museum and Maritime Foundation.
