Cool Listing: 4 Silver Beech Lane

Those with an eye for interesting architecture and a modern aesthetic will revel at 4 Silver Beech Lane’s stellar home. Considerable ingenuity in designing the home that incorporates the natural surroundings offers a seamless transition for indoor-outdoor living. The open concept layout creates an easy flow between living spaces. The added luxury of high ceilings and large windows gives a generous open feel, while two wood burning fireplaces make it a cozy retreat. There is also an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment. The four bedroom, five bathroom home in Baiting Hollow is new to the market and listed by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty real estate salesperson Bridget Elkin. It is listed for $1.025 million.

Rosemary Batcheller Joins Douglas Elliman

Former Village Cheese Shop owner Rosemary Batcheller has joined Douglas Elliman in Mattituck as a licensed real estate salesperson. Having been in retail for more than 25 years, she always felt real estate would be something she loved. Between being busy, working with people and assisting them in purchasing what they want, the transition is a natural one for her. “The biggest difference is the inventory involved and the number of people involved in each transaction,” Batcheller shares. “It takes many hardworking people to successfully bring together a real estate deal and already knowing many of the people involved has helped ease my transition, which in turn has helped my clients. Whether it’s agents, attorneys, bank personnel, landscapers, electricians, or builders there was/is already a foundational relationship to ease what can be a joyful yet stressful time in a buyer or seller’s life. I am blessed to have been welcomed into this community of hardworking professionals, who do it so well they make a tough job look easy!”
