Greenport will host the 6th annual Shellabration this Saturday and Sunday. The event highlights the local shellfish industry, restaurant, breweries, and wineries with a special pairing event to benefit Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Marine Program, specifically the Back to the Bays Initiative and the Southold Project in Aquaculture Training. Participants can enjoy tastings from local restaurants featuring $5 shellfish dishes, each paired with a local winery or brewery for $3 pours.
