Over the next year and a half that it was available for sale, the price went down, and it was last listed for $1,495,000. Earlier this week, the house sold and closed for the most recent ask. The house itself spans a comfortable 3,752 square feet in size with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, water views from the master suite, a screened-in porch, a sizeable kitchen, hardwood floors, and a fireplace in the living room.
