Little Oak Is Open


Jamesport Vineyards is now the first winery to have an onsite restaurant. Earlier this month, Little Oak bistro opened at the popular winery to serve up fresh, hand-crafted, wood-fired pizzas and other warming small bites to be enjoyed while sipping on some of the vineyard’s award-winning wines. The Neapolitan-style pizzas are built on the foundation of naturally leavened hand mixed dough and topped with the best ingredients, which are locally sourced whenever possible.

The evolving menu includes a classic Margherita with crushed Italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil; the Little Piglet with fresh mozzarella, béchamel, house-made sausage, garlic, and charred kale; and the littleneck with fresh shucked clams, dam stock and wine béchamel, and pancetta. Other bites include oven-warmed olives, a cheese and meat board, and wood-fired fontina wrapped in prosciutto. Enjoy the delicious fare Little Oak offers on the back lawn overlooking the vines, sipping wine and listening to live music all summer long.
