Now, we’re happily seeing more of our favorites on local menus. Vegetables for breakfast? Yes, please! Bruce and Son in Greenport is serving up their fall cast iron with roasted cauliflower, baby carrots, Brussels sprout, and squash with walnut vinaigrette, sunny side egg, and sourdough toast, all sprinkled with pumpkin seeds. The vegetable omelet changes as well, so you’re sure to find fall veggie goodness in there, too.
For a traditional breakfast menu, opt for their always popular eggs benedict on ciabatta with baby spinach, grilled ham, and basil hollandaise, or ricotta fig pancakes for an upgraded sweet treat. Don’t forget a side of brown sugar bacon. It’s everything you would want and more. Bruce and Son serves lunch as well. Now heading into the winter season, the Main Street spot is open just Friday through Sunday.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
