ST. PATRICK’S DAY FUN
Irish eyes – and all others – will be smiling with St. Patrick’s Day fun taking place across the North Fork. Whether you stay in and make your own corned beef or Irish soda bread, head out for a parade, or spend some time at a local pub-style bar, there’s plenty of fun to be had this weekend. Here’s where you can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day…
Sip Guinness beer, take an Irish car-bomb, eat corned beef and cabbage at Industry Standard in Greenport. PeraBell Food Bar in Riverhead is serving up St. Patrick’s Day specials all week. Celebrate early with a pre-party on Friday, March 15 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. in Peconic with Irish bites, live music by the Gallagher Brothers Band, and of course, beer. The East End Emerald Society is hosting their 6th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 30 at 1 p.m. in Jamesport. An after party will take place at The Vineyards in Aquebogue.
