Real estate salesperson Phyllis Caldwell joins Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in their Cutchogue office. Described as energetic and personable, she had her first experience in real estate after transitioning from a career as a teacher to a paralegal at a leading real estate law firm, Allen Morris and Troisi on Park Avenue. Caldwell handled the firm’s realty contracts, seeing them through from inception to closing. Her efficiency, attention to detail, and discretion earned her the respect and trust of colleagues and clients.
Today, Caldwell splits her time between Rockville Center and Cutchogue, where she purchased her North Fork home in 2015. Her listening skills and loyalty make her an ideal real estate professional to help both buyers and sellers make their next move.
