NFRES: How would you describe your selling style?
Amy Kirincic: My previous experience as an RN has helped develop my selling style. I am a good listener, professional, and meticulous with details. I strive to understand the needs of each of my clients and am dedicated to helping them realize their dreams. My love for the North Fork is contagious! I take the time to educate my clients on the local area and all it has to offer. I am proud of my ability to match buyers with sellers to find their perfect home. I go above and beyond from the beginning of the transaction to the end to help close each deal.
NFRES: Can you tell us about some of your more notable sales?
AK: One of my most recent notable sales involved buyers who purchased one of my waterfront listings. They fell in love with the home; the incredible views, the access to the beach but, especially the location because they were going to start commuting to work by boat from their own dock!
NFRES: What is the most personally satisfying part of your work?
AK: That’s an easy one! When I see my clients around town; at restaurants, at the grocery store, at the beach and they tell me how much they are loving their home and the North Fork and thank me for helping them to find their perfect home!
NFRES: What is the most challenging part of being a real estate broker?
AK: The most challenging part of being a real estate broker is the sheer unpredictability of it all. You can start the day with a plan and a schedule and with one phone call everything changes. You have to be able to switch gears at a moment’s notice and I take pride in my ability to juggle my schedule and be prepared for anything.
NFRES: What do you like to do on the North Fork…after selling real estate of course?
AK: When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. We love the beach, fishing, and of course boating. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals using local fresh produce, fish and meats that we are so fortunate to have access to! I love going for walks with my dogs and I have been playing softball for 12 years. I am the pitcher for the Daniel Gale Sotheby’ s sponsored softball team.
