Frozen Cocktails to Sip on Now

Frozen cocktails are gaining traction at some of the North Fork’s premier establishments, highlighting craft and top shelf liquors with fresh and house made ingredients. Think of refreshing drinks like a Frozen Siesta with tequila, fresh lime and grapefruit, and Campari from Brix and Rye in Greenport, which features a new frozen beverage on rotation every week. American Beech  is also keeping it cool with icy selections at their outside bar.

Mobile newcomer Good Libations is a frozen cocktail truck blending up specialty craft drinks for private parties across the East End. A favorite to sip among the crowds? Frosé featuring Bridge Lane  dry rosé, fresh squeezed lemon, and a local fruit favorite like Sep’s Farm blackberries or Wickham’s Fruit Farm peaches.
