We all know and understand the value of networking in real estate, but what about with the other offices in your own firm? As the North Fork real estate market continues to attract second homeowners from Nassau County into New York City, there are many important components to consider when clients cross borders. Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s North Fork offices recently hosted a Gold Coast networking event with 85 of the firm’s top agents traveling east from the North Shore of Long Island to view various properties and learn more about the local real estate landscape.
In May, the agents toured various properties, including 3370 Paradise Point Road in Southold, 7080 Peconic Bay Boulevard in Laurel, 640 Lloyds Lane in Mattituck, and 2645 Reeve Road in Mattituck. Agents were introduced to the various North Fork hamlets, experiencing the beauty of the area and visiting both the Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay sides. Following the tour, the crew enjoyed lunch and live music at Pace’s Dockside.
