Having grown up in Italy, he brings together his experience and lifelong passion for food and wine together to create authentic Italian recipes that highlight seasonal ingredients. Old world meets new world with classic cuisine of Umbria and American influences at this restaurant, which also highlights Italian and North Fork wines.
Enjoy dishes like house made potato gnocchi with Crescent Farm Duck ragú, imported Pecorino di Fossa and shaved ricotta salata; grilled house made Umbrian sausage with peperonata; or pan seared sea scallops with smoked speck, Sicilian blood orange sauce, and shaved fennel. And don’t forget dessert! We love the house made tiramisu with hazelnut praline, as well as the flourless chocolate almond Caprese cake with coffee gelato, whipped cream, and caramel sauce. Keep in mind the menu changes seasonally. Though, you really can’t go wrong.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
