Brewery Sunday Brunch

Who says brunch has to be accompanied by mimosas? Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. in Peconic recently began serving up Sunday brunch in their tasting room, and will continue each week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The special menu will feature a fun take on classics as well as Asian-inspired dishes by chef Greg Ling. Here’s a taste of what you can expect on menus…

Try a Greg MacMuffin with sausage, egg, cheese bacon, and ham; fried chicken and waffles with maple butter and hot sauce; or eggs in purgatory with spicy tomato stew and crostini for breakfast. Lunch-inspired dishes may include a Hong Kong taco with scallion pancake, pork belly, pickled vegetables, cilantro and fried egg, or sausage, peppers, aged provolone, potatoes, tomatoes, and eggs on an Italian roll. Menus are subject to change weekly, but the brewery’s favorite beers will always remain on tap for you to enjoy with brunch.
