Originally, the house was listed for $1,675,000 when it came on the market back in May, but that price was cut periodically over the courts of the six months that it was on the market. In November, a contract was signed, and the deal sold and closed earlier this month. The house spans 2,360 square feet and offers four bedrooms and three baths on 0.6 acres of land. Features include 121 feet of bulkheaded water frontage, bay views throughout, a two-car garage, a front porch, and a fireplace in the living room.
