For winemaker and owner of Diliberto Winery in Jamesport, Salvatore Diliberto, Sundays were spent with nonna making fresh pasta for the family. This winter, he is recreating that experience for a limited number of guests with a special four-course wine tasting and pairing dinner.
Sundays with Grandma features Mr. Diliberto demonstrating how to make your own pasta, which guests will later enjoy as part of their meal. There will also be homemade mozzarella and tomato, and homemade Italian desserts, all paired with select vintages from the winery. Also a trained opera singer, Mr. Diliberto will perform live throughout the afternoon featuring classic Italian songs. Space is limited, so reserve yours here.
