NFRES: As one of the more seasoned real estate agents on the North Fork, what sets you apart from others?
PG: What sets me apart from others is the vast real estate knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 14 years in the North Fork market. Not only am I an expert, but when necessary, I cross markets. For example, I have listed and sold on Shelter Island, and most recently, the perfect home on the water in Westhampton Beach.
NFRES: Why did you choose to pursue a career as a North Fork real estate professional? What is your favorite part of the job?
PG: I chose a career in real estate because I am a people person. I enjoy the challenge of finding the right property for each buyer. Happy sellers, buyers and renters give me a great satisfaction. I absolutely love real estate!
NFRES: What do you like to do…after selling real estate of course?
PG: In my spare time I bike ride and when weather permits, you will find my husband and I boating on the beautiful Peconic Bay. I have seen the most amazing sunsets!
NFRES: The North Fork is a unique market…would you agree and why?
PG: The North Fork is a most unique market…the diversity is beyond compare. There are people from all walks of life and no where else can you find rolling farmland, beautiful Soundfront and bay beaches along with quaint towns and villages. There is something for everyone here.
NFRES: What is the best advice you can give a second homebuyer when searching for a vacation home on the North Fork?
PG: “You have made the right decision.”
NFRES: Can you tell us about some of your more notable sales?
PG: The more notable sales include a beautiful $3.5 million sale on the bay in Cutchogue, a $2 million sale in Westhampton Beach, and a $3 million sale on Shelter Island.
